Your odyssey commences at the 'Cooking Class Zanzibar' venue, where the magic of Zanzibari flavors awaits. Get a warm welcome and meet with your fellow participants and your chef.
🍅🥖 9:15 AM: Immerse yourself in the local culture with a journey to a nearby real spice farm. Witness the cultivation of key ingredients that make Zanzibari cuisine true special. Learn about the spices, vegetables, and fruits that are the heart of the island's culinary traditions.You will learn how the spices are grown and harvested. Get the secrets on how some spices are used as medicines and flavor in dishes. You will touch, smell and also taste the spices and some tropical fruits.
10:30 AM: Head to a local spice market with your chef. Explore the vibrant stalls filled with aromatic spices, fresh produce, and exotic ingredients. Buy all the requirements with your cheaf that will be used to prepare your traditional Zanzibar cuisine.
10:15 AM: Return to the cooking class venue with your newly acquired ingredients that will be used in your cooking class.
11;00 AM: Roll up your sleeves and get ready to cook! Under the guidance of your chef, learn how to prepare traditional Zanzibari dishes step by step.
1:00 PM: Enjoy the fruits of your labor as you savor the delicious meal you've prepared. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and engage in culinary discussions with your chef.

Take a break and relax with a refreshing drink made from tropical fruits, often infused with spices.
3:00 PM: Discover the art of creating your unique Zanzibari spice blend. Your chef will guide you in selecting and grinding spices to your taste. During a Zanzibar cooking class, our participants will have the opportunity to create their own spice blend by selecting and mixing various spices according to their taste preferences . This personalized spice blend can then be used as a souvenir to take home, allowing them to replicate the flavors of Zanzibari cuisine in their own kitchen.
🎁🌊 4:30 PM: Conclude your day of discovery by taking home the spice blend you've crafted, get a valuable cooking instruction book filled with Zanzibari recipes prepared by our professional cheaf, and cherished memories. Treasures to savor and recreate Zanzibar's flavors at home.
