3-Day Sharing Safari Itinerary
Three days, two parks, one unforgettable shared adventure.
Your guide collects you from your Arusha hotel or the designated joining point in the mid-morning. The 3-Day Serengeti sharing safari sets off north-west through rolling farmland and the Ngorongoro highlands, climbing steadily past coffee estates, banana groves and Maasai villages on the ascent to the crater rim.
En route you pause at the Lake Manyara viewpoint area for a short break and stretch of the legs; whether you go via the Olduvai road or the main Manyara route is confirmed on booking depending on road conditions. On arrival at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area gates, your guide completes the park formalities while you enjoy the cool highland air.
Check into your lodge or camp on the crater rim in the late afternoon, settle into your room and take in the sweeping crater views as the sun drops behind the forested walls. Dinner and overnight are at the rim property, full board included.

Dinner and overnight are full board inside the Serengeti. The afternoon's drive time depends on the migration's location, road condition and gate queues, so exact arrival is confirmed on the day.

Most nationalities require a visa for Tanzania. E-visa available at visa.immigration.go.tz (apply 2+ weeks before travel). Visa on arrival also available at JRO/NBO airports — $50 USD for US citizens, $50 for most others. Check your country's specific requirements.
Health & Vaccinations
Yellow Fever certificate required if travelling from an endemic country. Recommended: Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Tetanus, and routine vaccinations. Malaria prophylaxis is strongly recommended — consult your doctor 4-6 weeks before travel.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. Must cover medical evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and emergency repatriation. We recommend World Nomads, SafetyWing, or your local provider. We do not sell insurance but can advise on adequate coverage.
