  • We will leave Arusha early morning and travel to Serengeti National Park as part of our 6 Day Tanzania Wildebeest Migration Safari. We will travel to Serengeti on a road near the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, allowing for animal sightings along the way. The golden savannah and endless plains, teeming with zebras, wildebeest and giraffes make it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. On this day, we will enjoy a picnic lunch on Naabai kopje (a small, rocky hill in a generally flat area), where you will have the opportunity to view the Serengeti’s famous pink-headed lizards. After lunch, we will proceed further into the plains for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night at the Central Serengeti, Main Accommodation Accommodations: Nyani Public Campsite / Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge / Luxury Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge (Meals: Water is included in all meals (Other drinks are not included)

After breakfast, we'll start our game drive to the Kogatende area, continuing our 6-day Ndutu Migration Safari, searching around the kopjes looking for carnivores and the large migration groups that will be preparing to cross the Mara River into Kenya. Home to large numbers of hippos and Nile crocodiles, the Mara River is the last major obstacle standing between the Wildebeest Migration and the relative safety of the Maasai Mara. If you're patient and a little lucky, you may even get to witness the death-defying crossing itself where wildebeest and zebras brave the river's currents and crocodiles in an attempt to reach safety. Dinner and overnight North Serengeti. Main Accommodation Accommodations: Lobo Public Campsite / Mid-range Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge / Lobo Wildlife Lodge Meals: Water is included in all meals (Other drinks are not included)

We'll start our day immediately after breakfast, driving through the plains of Togoro and the Mbuzi Mawe kopjes on our way to cross the Banagi River into the Seronera region of the Central Serengeti, continuing our 6-day Ndutu Migration Safari. Along the way, you'll spot everything from the enigmatic dik-diks to towering elephants, and everything in between. The Seronera is often known as 'big cat country', and its kopjes and acacias provide an excellent opportunity to spot prides of lazy lions, sleek cheetahs out on the hunt, and leopards overseeing everything from their lofty perches. The region's hippo pools and wide-open spaces provide ample opportunities for game viewing. Dinner and overnight in the heart of the Serengeti National Park Main Accommodation Accommodations: Nyani Public Campsite / Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge / Luxury Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge (Meals: Water is included in all meals (Other drinks are not included)

After an early morning breakfast, we will hurry to Ngorongoro Crater, continuing our 6-day Ndutu Migration Safari, as it is the best time to spot animals. On this day, we will enjoy a game drive around the crater and stop for a picnic lunch at a small lake within the park. The lake is home to many hippos and migratory birds, so guests will be sure to enjoy the visit! Due to the animal “oasis” created within the crater, there is a high possibility of spotting every member of ‘The Big 5’. The group comprises some of the strongest animals in Africa – the ferocious lion, the giant elephant, the stealthy leopard, the charging rhino and the mighty water buffalo. Ngorongoro Crater is truly an amazing place. Did you know it was formed over two million of years ago? A large volcano erupted, collapsing the volcano, but left a perfectly unbroken crater, known as a caldera. Within the amazing crater you can expect to view the playful zebra, lumbering hippo, swift wildebeest and cackling hyenas. In addition, there are flamingos, geese, storks, and vultures circling the sky above. The Ngorongoro Crater is truly a world wonder.

Our trip continues to Mto wa Mbu where you will overnight and get a dinner Main Accommodation Accommodations: Nyani Public Campsite / Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge / Luxury Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge (Meals: Water is included in all meals (Other drinks are not included)
