Fish Different Water on Day Three
The classic two-day mistake is re-fishing day two's pools on day three. Don't: the Grumeti system holds half a dozen distinct water characters — main-channel pools, crossing banks, forest creeks — and crocs, cats and herds rotate between them. Ask your guide each evening which water fished worst today, and start there tomorrow. Far pools especially: the giant you missed yesterday often basks there today. New water doubles unique sightings the way extra hours cannot.

Dust is the #1 enemy of camera equipment. Bring a camera dust blower, lens cleaning cloths, and a rain cover (dust cover). Zip-lock bags for memory cards and batteries. Avoid changing lenses in open air when possible.

Health & Vaccinations
